Made & painted to order

Every letter is 3D printed and hand spray-painted just for your order, then finished with a protective clear coat. Because everything is made fresh, please allow up to a week to ship. As a small shop, we aim to get most orders out within 3 business days — it just depends on how much we have queued up at the time.

Mounting

Every order includes mounting tape at no extra charge. A few important things to know before you stick anything to a wall:

• We can't guarantee the tape will hold on every surface — how well it sticks depends a lot on what you're mounting it to (texture, paint type, temperature, and humidity all play a part).
• We also can't guarantee that removing a letter won't take a bit of paint or drywall with it, especially if it's been up for a while or is on a freshly painted surface.
• For anything heavier or more permanent, we'd recommend picking up your own wall anchors or a stronger adhesive suited to your specific wall.

Caring for your letters

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. These are lightweight decor pieces, not toys — keep them out of reach of babies and toddlers, and avoid placing them anywhere little hands could pull them down.
